Our Hassle-free Maintenance Plans & Exceptional Warranty

While we use only the highest quality materials designed to provide years of trouble-free service, all lighting systems eventually require some form of periodic maintenance to keep your custom lighting effect looking as clean and inviting as it did the day it was installed. Thus, Outdoor Lighting Expressions offers three maintenance options:

• Annual Maintenance Plan (beginning in year two) 
• Quarterly Maintenance/On-site Inspection 
• Service as Needed. 

Regardless of the plan you choose, our highly-trained, expert lighting specialists will do anything from replacing bulbs to tightening or re-burying wires, checking your transformers and timers, and even pruning some of your shrubs, if necessary, to ensure the perfect illumination of your home or business’s best architectural and landscape features. Our maintenance plans ensure your lighting system remains headache-free and operating beautifully.

Additionally, we offer the best warranty in the business – designed to protect your outdoor lighting system for as long as you own it. Transformers carry a lifetime warranty. All SL–XX fixtures have a lifetime manufacturer’s warranty. All LEDs have a 3-year warranty from the date of installation (LEDs installed are typically rated for an average life of 50,000 hours). A lifetime warranty option is also available.

Note: Warranty excludes damage due to lightning or other “acts of God.” All warranty work includes both parts and/or replacement. Labor is not included in warranty.
